Tate & Lyle PLC (Tate & Lyle) showcased its latest range of solutions at GFM this year, designed to help manufacturers in the Middle East and beyond meet the latest consumer food and drink trends. Visitors were invited to sample a range of culinary delights, from biscuits, yogurts and cookies to milkshakes, juices and condiments. Experts were on hand to showcase a range of new applications and demonstrate how different ingredients can be combined to create bespoke solutions for sugar or calorie reduction, specific texture profiles or enriching products with fibre or protein, while reducing costs. 
The Tate & Lyle product line up also featured its latest innovation in creating sugar reduction solutions including a range of beverages, condiments and cake bars, all with reduced-sugar content, the company said.
