New sales structure for TSC and Printronix Auto ID


The merger of the brands TSC and Printronix Auto ID is proceeding rapidly. Thanks to the acquisition of Printronix Thermo/AIDC Printer Division at the beginning of 2016 and successful integration of its team, TSC has laid the foundations for the further expansion of its international market position in global AIDC industry. The merger helps both brands meet the increasing demand for powerful, innovative and reliable thermal barcode printers.

Through the reorganisation of sales structure and TSC’s consistent focus on market requirements, Managing Director Amine Soubai has enhanced the company both structurally and technologically. “We have established an efficient organisation and two strong brands, backed by excellent service and support.”

All members of the sales and customer service departments are now one effective team. They are responsible for both brands in the portfolio and able to offer the best, customized solution for the specific requirements. “Cross-brand cooperation, mutual assistance and cooperation will create synergies all customers will benefit from greatly”, Amine Soubai added.

In order to guarantee constant high quality, technical support team members continue to specialize on their own tasks and their own brand. To remain dynamic, individual members of the marketing department will continue to be responsible for their brand, driven by an European manager. At trade shows, TSC Auto ID Technology EMEA GmbH will continue to present itself as comprehensive solution provider with a complete spectrum of products and services.
